Otoha tends to have a more flat tone than anything, but Athena would be able to hear that he's pretty casual about most things. Unless someone is threatened that he cares about. He's also the sort to genuinely feel confusion at the idea of murder being a bad thing. Not like "oh he's just confused why he's being punished", the idea just doesn't really register on his moral compass despite repeated explanations.
